 Differences in term of Structure

Graphic novels- are part of a large series are not, a graphic novels contains excepts of serialized and narratives. 

Manga- have a more fluid style to them compared to a graphic novels-they have a choppier feel to them.

Doodle friction- are humorous comedy books usually targeted for younger children, it consist of cartoon peoples with handwritten graphic place of traditional font.

Similarities

Graphic novels- is simply a comic book in book format, with a spine instead of staples, and publisher like a book instead of magazine.

Manga- are usually, but not always, published in English in graphic novel format.Though they are also sometimes available in comic book or regular magazine format.

Doodle fiction- are all essentially the same thing.comic book are American publication, published in magazine format, usually 24-32 pages, and published on a periodical basis like magazine.

Differences in terms of Elements

Graphic novel- is a collection of single issue comics, or a longer American-comic style work so this can act confusing.

Manga- is a drawn in a heavily styles way and usually oriented for reading left to right as opposed to the American right to left way of reading.

Doodle fiction- seems to be closer to tradition novel, but on a severally hand drawn aesthetic to its art and lettering. Use shortcuts such as tone and digital editing to finish job
